"Astronomia ex machina: a history, primer and outlook on neural networks in astronomy" is the actual title
Yes, it is at last "in astronomy"!!!

Smith - also article author -, you posted it twice in the past with the right title, as it was meant to be: are you now trying luring formulas?!

I wanted it to reach a more general audience, as the review is very general in itself (but maybe the original title does not reflect this as I thought)! There are alternating sections concentrating on the astronomy and the deep learning sides.
That is very good and potentially precious,

but would it not have been better then

'A history_ of Neural Nets in Astronomy [and in general]'

?

Useful section of the title, informative important addendum for the public?

Otherwise you transform the original beyond its sense.

This is why we are asked not to editorialize in the guidelines.

Though this is so deep/technical nature of a topic to target a general audience.
Please give it a read! It begins from first principles (Rosenblatts perceptron!) and builds from there so you might find it more general than you expect.
