Looks nice. The AI powered part was confusing (it made me think it was going to be for adding something to do with AI, but after reading more of the page, doesn't seem AI related). But my takeaway is that it's an SDK for adding messaging to my app/website without needing to build messaging.
My take was similar: looking at the "above the fold" part it sounds like a chatbot, looking further down it seems more like a chat system mainly for human interaction that has some (unclearly specified) A.I. functionality.
