Show HN: Freelance Pro – a browser extension for Upwork freelancers

Hey HN! I've created this browser extension which converts pricing on Upwork into your local currency and adds it to the site so you can see how much you'll earn after fees in most currencies. There's also a calculator where you can see how much you might earn for an hourly job based on your working hours and the job length which you can play around with.

I'm hoping to continue building some useful tools for freelancers who use Upwork so I'd welcome any feedback you have on this first stage!

Fantastic work! I have the following questions.. Does it work only by converting the currency or does it take care of the taxes and other things? Does it work for all the currencies? Which API do you use for currency conversion?

Thanks! At the moment it does the conversion for the total price and the price minus Upwork fees but due to the complexity of understanding different tax codes it doesn't do any of that. There will be some unknown banking fees in the transfer which we also don't take account of for now.
