I have been running https://micro.company with multiple B2B micro SaaS products for the past 5 years. These products have thousands of customers and are run by a super small team.

We needed a tool to provide consistent & automated support. Thus I created an AI powered Help.center.

Create yourcompany.help.center and let me know your thoughts.

Curious, how profitable are you doing this? Could you share some revenue numbers?
Did you mean the whole company micro.company or the product help.center?
Whole company, its a very interesting approach.
We have 7 products in the market now.

4 out of 7 are monetised currently, and all 4 are making a decent amount of profit

Profits are more than enough to support our small team mostly outside of US/EU.

Another one of these? I would be worried this will just become an Azure resource you can create with some clicks in the future.
I also wish so :D

Btw just to clarify, we are not building yet another website to chatbot product.

With Help.center we are trying to build a proper customer support tool like Intercom.

We face problems first hand running a company with thousands of customers and we are using those learnings to build Help.center.

it is interesting to see that jquery is still being used.
The landingpage was built using Webflow and jQuery is the easiest way to make it interactive
