Spoiler alert: 'Mint rubbing' in Romanian means 'thumb twiddling' in English, or in other words, wasting time to look busy for the management, a national sport perfected in comunist times and adapted to modern in-office work environments.

The whole website is an example of the idea, it would ruin the joke to explain it.
