Show HN: I built an open-source alternative to TypeForm [MIT] (github.com)
7 points by leetwito 1147 days ago
An open-source, headless, API-first platform that empowers developers and product teams to create and optimize custom in-app user flows, such as new user onboarding wizards.

Tutim library supports multi-step forms, conditional branching, custom validation, l10n, and more – all through a JSON schema and unlimited flexibility through code.

Beta release on GitHub (star us!): https://github.com/tutim-io/tutim.

Why it's better than other form builders or open-source libraries?

- Flexible: Seamlessly integrate Tutim with your design system components, APIs, and your backend.

- Developer-centric: With an API-first approach, Tutim easily integrates with your existing stack.

- Collaboration Made Easy: Reducing the development workload and enhancing user flow creation and conversion optimization by non-devs.

Main website: https://tutim.io

I'm eager to hear your feedback and thoughts on Tutim. Give it a try and let's work together to build better user experiences!

Is the open-source standalone or requires using other services? E.g. do I need to use tutim.io in any way?
Thanks for your reply! The library is 100% stand-alone. Even an API-key isn't required. One might want to use the hosted service for features like: submissions backend, no-code management, analytics, version control and more
