Is it actually a dupe? The big news here is that the weights are finally out, this wasn't true on the old thread.

That's sufficiently unclear from the article that the discussion didn't focus on it - in fact it was no different from the earlier thread as far as I can tell - so as far as I can tell, the merge was the correct call.
