Thoughts? I know this is a BIG election in Africa, but I don't know the second thing about it. I see a lot of things that I as a westerner consider silly on twitter following a couple accounts, like mocking politicians for having "nice" sandals and being out of touch, along with a religious bent to everything it seems.

But as for the politics of the situation, I'm a complete dummy. I do feel the young populism thing going on there though.
