It is not a copy, but a self-standing library having almost all of LibGen, Z-Library content and also giving access to a lot of new scholar papers that are absent in Sci-Hub since 2021. Having a full-text search over all papers and this is all over IPFS.

It cannot be unavailable, the hash is seeded by more then 20 providers. Something wrong on your side.

Checking back on this again, the linked source gateway is still down from where I'm sitting.

Using a more generic/available gateway for this link might make more sense.
