It’s basically a cheaper Escalade or expedition at this point. Just depends on if you want an open or closed trunk.

This is really misleading. Optional four-person crew and supercrew cabs are...optional.

No it isn't. The point of the article is that many pickup owners nowadays use their vehicles different from how they used to, and manufacturers have followed the trend. What part do you feel misled by?
