So America's coming here to save us? Good to know, I suppose I can rest easy knowing the CIA is gonna interfere in my country's affairs soon.

It shows a lot about American schools, especially Universities, that "elites" in the US have no clue how a real insurrection even looks like. :D

Sure it was poorly planned and executed, but that doesn’t mean they didn’t intend to block the peaceful transition of power.

Insurrection just means action with intent. It doesn’t mean action with intent and any reasonable chance of success.
