Great read. It’s three years old now, and I wonder if this practice has become more or less common - I could see it going both ways. As such, perhaps a (2020) in the title would be useful.
I don't know why I continue bothering to look at HaD's comment section. It's always people bitching about 'not a hack' or arguing over some similarly meaningless detail
