so my friend Shawn and I have been working on a new finance app and we started using ai to process semantic level queries on your live data and then performing the calculation for you.

For example if you type /what is a rolling average of my monthly expenses?

It'll return you the answer based on your actual spending from your bank accounts.

You can then customize these calculations and create new ones so you can essentially track any metric or answer any question without doing any work.

Our goal with this is to let anyone get insights from their live financial data without them having to know any formulas, import or clean any data, or having technical knowledge of anything. It's all live personal data.

We are building it with a notion-style UI / rich text editor so people can easily build their own custom reports and dashboards to track the things they find important.

Curious to get some initial feedback!

We just launched our waitlist over at https://fina.xyz

So if you wanna follow along feel free
