Title change? The linked content is fine but the submitted title ("Motto: Unsafe languages allow mostly-safe implementations") doesn't appear anywhere in it.
Yes please. The submitted title is very opinionated (even if it states a derisory opinion that I agree with) and it hides the utility of TFA.

TFA's title is `libcrunch: run-time type- and bounds-checking for C (and maybe other languages...)`, which is plenty useful enough, and also useful enough for me to immediately form an opinion like submitter's.

"libcrunch: run-time type- and bounds-checking for C" seems like a good title.

Considering that "mostly-safe" is just an euphemism for "unsafe", the motto is quite funny if a but tautological.
