I wonder when this lawsuit actually began, before he took over, or just in the past few days.
guess it would have to be in the last few days, given you can't sue for something that hasn't happened yet, right? IANAL, so I don't know... up till last night, it was all speculation... when it was confirmed, they could sue then... maybe the paper work was in process, and finally filled when it happened...
I thought US employment was mostly at-will? What's the basis for said lawsuit?
