I don't know to be honest, but big tech is not really as left-leaning as Republicans imagine. They are pretending to be for their audiences, but they don't like the accountability, the regulations.
On the other hand the report is guaranteed to be biased if it's anything like the climate change hit pieces these conservative organizations put out. They always cherry pick data from optimistic scenarios, changing titles, disregarding context. They do anything to arrive to their conclusion. And it all usually ends up presented on Twitter with vitriol.
