Is temperature really a big problem? It’s pretty easy to generate heat with electricity and I assume the near total lack of an atmosphere on the surface of the moon makes insulation straightforward.
Doesn’t seem so great. You'd always need to wear a sweater.
Better then to have to wear a space suit... oh wait
