The Apache Software Foundation enables 10's of thousands of developers to collaborate on Open Source, in part by providing infrastructure. I highly recommend going through all of the menu options. The workload one is really good. And reporting an issue... wow. Wow.

Phone numbers (including vanity ones) are surprisingly cheap. About $1/month on twilio and less on other providers.

this is kindof an incredible innovation that really only impacts like 2500 people in the world.
