The Apache Software Foundation enables 10's of thousands of developers to collaborate on Open Source, in part by providing infrastructure. Till now the only way to request assistance was via email, slack or jira. Now The ASF is catching up with the 1990's and you can get help by phone. Just call: 1-717-7-APACHE (-7-27-2243)

"The service lets you leave messages for specific team members, report issues to the whole team, and access resources ranging from short tutorials to useful information."

I highly recommend going through all of the menu options. The workload one is really good. And reporting an issue... wow. Wow.
Phone numbers (including vanity ones) are surprisingly cheap. About $1/month on twilio and less on other providers.
it is Twilio, yup! ... and backed by a custom flask app, using yaml files to define/organize the menu structure.
this is kindof an incredible innovation that really only impacts like 2500 people in the world.
