I’m not surprised they collect telemetry on these actions. I am quite surprised that they apparently collect raw phone numbers, though.

If this was a level or neutral field, where the costs of 'food-bunny' delivery was the same or less than(faint hope) the Restaurants own delivery service then this is OK, but from what I see these cash-dash services charge a lot more than what the restaurant's normal deliverer = a piece for Google, a piece for the payment method and a piece for the delivery service. In order to feed these parasitic hangers on, there is not much left for the restaurant = lesser food in quality as well as quantity. Sorely needs regulatory limits that this lawsuit may engender.
