If I had to guess, making sure exchanges and entities with in the crypto ecosystem do not discriminate based on race, gender, or sexual identity in regards to signing up for accounts or providing services?

I can't think of a single exchange or platform which would discriminate in such a manner, but I suspect the administration wants to show its commitment to social justice, regardless of how much it was actually necessary to do so in this space.
