Something strange about these numbers, but also not in Cloudflares favor. I noticed that they list Cloudfront as the fastest in Iceland, though Cloudflare are the only ones on the list with a PoP there. My testing from a VM in Iceland shows Cloudflares latency is >20x less than Cloudfront from there.
