Looks interesting. I've just started to spend some time on SEO for BrainTool[0], and have been playing with Ubersuggest. How does Katlinks compare?

https://braintool.org

Both being SEO tools, we have overlapping features. I would suggest you get a KatLinks trial so you can compare based on your use case. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions: https://twitter.com/robertodigital_
Pushing back a bit here. I'm down the path a bit with Uber and have done so little SEO thus far thats its easy to see ways it can help me. I don't necessarily want to spent the time to review another tool.

Surely you have a pros and cons summary for a main competitor?

For me BrainTool over TabsOutliner: - BT saves all your data in a plain text file that you own and manage. - BT fits in with other org-mode based tools and workflows - BT has a handy in-browser bookmarker that allows you to quickly save a page with a note into your custom topic hierarchy - The BT Topic Manager has full keyboard commands with search, note cards per page and a full hierarchy editor. - BT has a cleaner more modern ui and is being actively developed.

Ok, that's fair. Let me give you a quick rundown of some of the differences between KatLinks and Ubersuggest.

In KatLinks, you can not only see your backlinks, but you also monitor them to keep track of changes, tag them, and even manually add new backlinks.

We also have a Backlinks Planner that you can use to plan and follow up on your link-building strategy. Our keyword research tool is linked with the Planner, so if you find competitor backlinks, you can add them directly and create a backlink task so you can work on acquiring them for your website.

We also have a Backlinks Opportunities section with a curated list of websites where you can find easy to get backlinks. This list is continuously revised and updated.

What Ubersuggest calls Backlink Opportunities, we call Backlink Gap, which allows you to find the backlinks that one or more of your competitors have, but that you don't. In other words, we find the gap, so you can get backlinks on those websites as well.

We also have a Content Planner where users can create and manage content briefs that, if needed, can be shared when outsourcing copywriting work. Again, our keyword research tool is also linked with the content planner, so if you find keywords that you want to use for your content you can, with a single click, create content briefs.

Our rank tracking tool not only shows your rankings, but you can also see which websites are ranking in the top 100 results for each keyword, which is very helpful when you want to keep an eye on who is ranking and how your competitors are moving in search results.

As I mentioned before, for the rest of the features we have some overlap, but this is a quick overview of what you can find in KatLinks.

Good stuff, thanks Roberto. I'll give it a look!
This is a great tool. It makes it easier for people to start out as SEO marketer.
Thank you Juan!
This is great. Unlocks so many opportunities for people wanting to understand their current SEO position/learn how to improve it without a huge budget.
That's the main thing we see. People want to get into SEO, but don't have budget for the popular tools. So we are trying to fix that for the indie maker.
been using it for a while and it's been very useful. Affordable way to keep track of seo progress made.
