I would leave too if my employer tries to put me in such a box. They ignore the fact that most people don't want to be called Latinx+. Not surprising in my opinion.
Even Google seems to have some idiots working for them. They cannot be convinced otherwise, even if you state that you don't like it. They are even more repellent than racists that just stand by their views.
I don't think racism was a problem at Google before it was invented by people that push such labels. This is pure snake oil, selling the problem and the solution.
Did they leave to find better jobs elsewhere or stop ticking the identity box?
