This is just my personal experience, after using this app for a good 1-2 months, and not using it regularly since.

The concepts and mechanics behind the app (accepting and feeling your emotions) is sound, but for me at least (and others I suspect), you will probably not get sustained relief by JUST using this app for 5-10 minutes a day.

I think for people who are just starting on their journey of accepting their emotions, using this app to heal yourself is like brushing your teeth, when you really need a deep clean from the dentist to throw off a lot of the bad habits that you've learned in your life.

I feel like once you've done a lot of that heavy lifting (essentially dedicated meditation, therapy, whatever), then this process will have an obvious payoff. Otherwise, YMMV with its effectiveness, and you may lose the will to use it.

Just my 2 cents.

I am not sure if it helps, but the execution is good. The only thing I didn't like is that it requires an email to try it, but luckily doesn't do any validation.

As a PoC quite ok, but maybe adding different script for different types of input would be an improvement.

I don't validate the email on purpose :) I would like to stay in touch, but I don't want to force your hand.

The script is indeed very similar, but it feels different depending on what you're actually going through.

I like that most of what is in the first list are things I can relate to. If anything this is making me slow down which I think might be a good thing.
That's definitely the point. Slowing down FTW!
