Seems like a very mypoic view of banned Twitter users. I say this as a person who has over a dozen banned twitter handles, they are happy to drop the ban hammer for things like tweeting pictures of a truck with expired tabs that ran over a post and parked in the middle of the bike trail.

This is a very good initiative, but keep in mind that it's probably not one percent of the actual list. I searched for four people that I could think of immediately, and none of them were there.
