So.. Chinese army theoretics discussed Bioweapons, citing work done by US army theoreticians. You know, the ones who actually made, stockpiled, tested bio and chem weapons.
I think this is going to die in a hailstorm of whataboutery accusations, But it's really very bizarre to say that when your "enemy" (btw, China is not the enemy, formally, of the USA, and hasn't been for many decades, notwithstanding what happens across the Taiwan straights) discusses something you don't like and cites work you did in it, yourself
yet, this is written up an "AHA" moment about.. them.
