What a great gesture to support employees.

Refreshing to see this after years of seeing big employers play games with stock options to reduce the cost of employee compensation.

If this is on top of equity they've already received: AWESOME!

If this is a replacement for not having given them equity: sucks.

A nice $42.5M gesture.
Or about 0.04% of the market cap. Don't know about stock options, which must dwarf this gesture.

Not sure what you're implying. Additionally, issuing employee stock generally doesn't cost the company cash.
