I spoke to my HR once and told her how I felt about my self-productivity and the productivity of others. She was like, "That's not what I've been hearing." I'm not sure if I'm in the wrong or if my coworkers are lying.
Well, nobody dares admit to their co-workers or their bosses that their productivity has crashed, lest they draw attention to themselves and paint a big target on their backs. So we plaster on a fake smile on Zoom, lie to each other that things are great, and suffer in silence.

Personally, I can't wait to go back to the office (and it's not because I'm an extrovert or have a office with a door either).
