Incident here, but no details: https://status.heroku.com/incidents/2218

API is back up now although dashboard login is still not working.

Also getting errors to connect to Redis (using cli):

ERR_TLS_CERT_ALTNAME_INVALID: Hostname/IP does not match certificate's altnames: Host: api.heroku.com. is not in the cert's altnames: DNS:*.herokuapp.com, DNS:herokuapp.com
