FlowTrack.co Founder here. I’m finally in love. I can’t tell you how long I’ve been waiting for this day.
I’ve worked with hundreds of businesses in life across many industries and they all seem to need the same 8+ different products and services to launch and scale their business. Then they need additional plugins, higher service levels, synchronization services, and a coding ninja to integrate everything. Building and then maintaining this “Foundational Stack” is typically just a big distraction from your core business. So… I decided to build everything as an all-in-one platform, end to end, drag and drop style.
Drag and Drop Web Design / Landing Pages (With Many Templates)
Form Builder (for Payments/Orders, Lead Gen, Applications, etc)
Subscription and Transactional Billing (without Vendor/Gateway Lock In)
Meeting Scheduler / Calendar Syncing
Customer Relationship Management
And Much More…
Since everything is all in one you can automate and design everything seamlessly across channels that would ordinarily take a development team and complex integrations! Imagine a customer calls your toll free number and if its their first time calling you route their call to a sales rep or a customer service queue if the caller already placed an Order. Or imagine you are collecting form signups and based on the answers you might send different email/sms sequences, create a task for a team member, api post, redirect the user to a different page, etc. Whatever your ideas you can build them in a drag and drop Flow.
I hope you signup and try it out. As you do signup realize that FlowTrack is powered by FlowTrack. Signup, payment, landing pages, phone numbers, automation flows, CRM, everything… (except our chat support widget :) but its only a matter of time)
This looks really exciting and I wish you luck with it. My own experience tells me that these all-in-one tools tend not to sell psychologically. You might get a customer who sees this and wants a few bits of it and is then put off by the prospect of paying for a bunch of stuff they don't immediately want. It may not be well reasoned (the entire package is great value - especially if I know I'll need all of it).
For that reason I think you'll end up spending the next few months playing with your design and pricing until you get a good fit. But again, good luck - it looks like a lot has gone into making this!
Thank you! Appreciate the kind words :)
If you go through the free signup flow we currently offer a really special price. I tried to make the price comparable to just 1 single service (sometimes two). For example you may already be using Unbounce for Landing Pages paying $80+/mo and this is a steal. Plus you might end up comparing their Google page speed of 54 to our 99.
Even if you are just using Zapier + Jotform you are broaching our price with 10x the functionality/value.
I think we can price aggressively one on one with some of the single services. Without needing a hodgepodge of subscriptions! I do agree with you the on the all-in-one psychology aspect. We many end up making different paths into the service with each path focusing on just a single need.
