Not sure if this is your project or not OP - one thing to be aware of with those relay boards (learned the hard way) is that there are solid state relay versions and physical (clicky) relays that wear out in thousands of cycles. Given your application I’d consider replacing with the solid state version sooner rather than later. Cheers!
OP here, thanks for the idea! I didn't realize there were multiple types of replays since these seemed to be so popular. This one is definitely the "clicky" electro-mechanical relay, so I'll have to look into replacing with a solid-state relay type if I notice any inconsistencies.
