Based on previous US Gov actions against corporations, I predict:

- The fine is a tiny portion of profits made from the misdeeds

- ~0% will reach individuals who suffered harm

- No personal repercussions for the individuals responsible

In other words, the opposite of what happens when the DoJ goes after non-powerful individuals.

Too bad they didn't shut that racket down. The whole business model is a disgrace.
Is Holder still running DOJ?

No actual people, who actually committed or conspired to commit, crimes were arrested / indicted?

Actually, one. Zaidi plead guilty last year. One arrest in a conspiracy? great work.

My advice to future criminals, start a business and direct any all criminal activity from the C-Suite. If you're caught, pay fines, never serve jail time. rinse/repeat. And that's only if you're caught.
