Your clarification is important. However it makes this claim in the article even more interesting:

Important note: I haven't been able to dig out the original post with that info from the message archive myself.
FYI - This was Windows 10 ARM, not Intel. It is an important step and shows promise, but it is a much bigger (or impossible?) task to run the Intel version of Windows on an ARM VM. That is still a deal breaker for some people.
