So we've been using Halp for a bit with Slack, and the reason we picked this product is especially now it allows us to meet the customer where they are so they don't have to app hop to see status on tickets they create, update tickets as needed etc... With Slack so far they've been very seamless with its integration - curious to see how that experience transcends to Teams -
