You should put your name on the web. Why would someone sign up to a service where the communication channel is a generic chat and your name is nowhere to be found?
I use a Czech invoicing app because it prepares legal documents that I can submit with one click to the government. Pure invoicing app is not that attractive in my opinion.
I think your site need some improvements, like a better contact us and about us pages, some import/export formats.
For application/webapp I say its too generic and featureless, I must get some value for using it, it can be any niche or feature like project/freelance time tracking, better local tax support, logstics integration, banking import/export, reconciliation, business workflow creation, request-aprooval loop, purchase/sales order and BOM etc.
Also if you have the $ get an illustrator to make custom images. I see those free illustrations everywhere! It’ll make you stand out especially if you are claiming to make invoices beautiful
I am seeing numerous signs this is a Russian or eastern slavic country business. The lack of contact info is sketchy. Lots of sketchy signs here. I would not put my business information into this "software" website.
Not to be pedantic but the headline should be: "A better way to manage your business". At least it sounds more natural IMO.
Other than that as the other comments said, more business information and transparency would be good additions if you'd like other businesses to trust you with their data, specially financials.
