I launched an ecomm store (https://berch.io/) on a whim earlier this year. Haven't had much time to spend on it, but thinking about spending a few hours before the holidays.
Are you charging enough? I'd imagine you're doing at least a small amount of work on each custom order. If you're spending anything on ads, I'd think each order is in the red.
hi thanks for the comment, our pricing is primarily around comparable companies, we didn't want to price ourselves higher than the competition as we are new entrants.
