As a long distance runner, I know that the biggest challenges to running aren't physical - they are all in my head! Most of the time it is mental fatigue or self-pressure that really slows me down. I've come up with a list of the mind hacks that I use to overcome the challenges of running longer distances. What are some techniques that you use?
